Senior SAP Security & GRC Consultant

Our client is a multinational life sciences company, building a technology knowledge center in their Budapest office. Currently, they are looking for an Senior SAP Security & GRC Consultant to play a key role in designing, implementing, and governing enterprise-wide SAP security and compliance frameworks. • 5+ years of dedicated SAP Security and SAP GRC experience
• Hands-on expertise with: SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA; SAP GRC Access Control (10.x / 12.0); SAP Fiori security (Catalogs, Spaces, Pages); SAP HANA security administration
• Authorization concepts, roles, profiles, and SoD controls
• Experience working on end-to-end SAP implementation, upgrade, or S/4HANA migration projects
• Strong understanding of ITGC, SOX, GDPR, and audit processes
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, auditors, and technical teams
• Experience with IAM solutions such as SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, or SAP CUA is a plus.

• Design, build, and maintain SAP roles, authorizations, and structural profiles using PFCG.
• Drive SAP S/4HANA security initiatives, including Fiori security architecture and role transformation projects.
• Manage SAP HANA security, user provisioning, and authorization troubleshooting.
• Lead SAP GRC Access Control activities across ARA, ARM, BRM, and EAM modules.
• Conduct access risk analysis, SoD reviews, user access reviews, and role certifications.
• Support internal and external audits, compliance initiatives, and remediation programs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and SAP functional teams to align security requirements with operational needs.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to security best practices and governance standards.
