About the role:
Our partner, supporting one of the world's largest Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brands, is looking for a Dutch-speaking Knowledge Manager to join their Budapest-based international team. This role is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a Service Desk or IT Support background who enjoy knowledge management, process improvement, documentation, and emerging technologies such as AI and Generative AI.

What you will do:
· Own and continuously improve the ServiceNow-based Knowledge Base
· Create, update, maintain, and optimize knowledge articles and documentation
· Ensure knowledge content remains accurate, relevant, and easy to use
· Monitor Knowledge Base performance and prepare reports and insights
· Apply ITIL and KCS best practices
· Collaborate closely with Service Desk teams, technical support groups, and business stakeholders globally
· Support automation, AI, and GenAI-driven initiatives
· Participate in and lead smaller improvement and optimization projects
Requirements:
· Near-native Dutch language skills
· Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
· Minimum 2 years of experience in Service Desk, IT Support, or a similar environment
· Good understanding of ITIL principles (ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage)
· Excellent writing, editing, and content structuring skills
· Ability to convert technical information into user-friendly documentation
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
· Proactive, self-driven approach with strong ownership mentality
· Interest in AI, Generative AI, and new technologiesCritical thinking: diagnostic reasoning and identifying connections
