Objective: To pioneer the mastery of advanced technologies in building modern digital infrastructure with superior quality, ultra-large capacity, ultra-wide bandwidth, and a diverse range of products and services, while ensuring network security, user safety, and highly efficient operations.
Advise and assist in directing and monitoring the organization of the Corporation's strategy execution to ensure the set objectives are achieved; provide strategic advice to the CEO and board of directors.
- Strategy Formulation: Develop the Corporation's development strategy (market research, technology trends, synthesizing and analyzing strategy execution results from the previous period, etc.); Develop strategic action plans according to the annual roadmap; Participate in building the Corporation's annual business plan.
- Strategy Management and Execution: Build KPIs for evaluating strategy execution results and Dashboards; Monitor, direct, and supervise strategy execution and strategic KPI results; Periodically report on the progress and results of executing strategic actions and strategic objectives; Warn risks; Coordinate in assigning quarterly/annual KPIs to business leads to ensure synchronization with the Corporation's strategy.
- Strategic Communication: Prepare reports, presentations, and orientation documents related to the strategy or upon the request of the Board of Directors; Organize strategic communication to all employees within the Corporation.
- Perform Strategic Vertical Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc strategic vertical reports as requested; Contribute ideas to processes/decisions/guidelines, programs, and contents related to strategy upon the request of the superior vertical line.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree & Language: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics and Telecommunications / Information Technology / Electrical, Electronics, Automation / Strategic Management or equivalent. Native English speakers.
- Specialized Knowledge: Advanced knowledge in strategic management (SWOT, PESTEL models, long-term roadmap planning); knowledge in telecommunications technology is a plus; Basic knowledge of project management and process management; Knowledge of strategy formulation and management processes; Proficient in data analysis and report presentation; Ability to link strategy – KPIs – annual plans; Ability to assess risks and the effectiveness of strategic investments.
- Basic understanding of digital transformation, digital knowledge and skills, and Artificial Intelligence (AI); Ability to apply digital skills and AI to improve work efficiency is a strong asset.
- Specialized Certificates prefered: Achieve one of the following international certificates (or equivalent): Strategic Management Professional (SMP); Certified Strategy Professional (CSP); Certified in Strategy and Competitive Analysis (CSCA); Strategic Planning Professional (SPP); Balanced Scorecard Professional (BSP); OKR Certified Professional (OKR Institute).
