Client Description
Our client is a well-established Vietnamese company specializing in express delivery and logistics services, providing comprehensive domestic and international delivery solutions for both individual and corporate customers. With an extensive operational network and a strong presence across Vietnam, the company is continuing to expand its business and strengthen its regional operations.
As part of this growth, we are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to take overall responsibility for the business performance, operational excellence, and people management of the assigned region.
This is a senior leadership position with direct exposure to the Board of Management and significant responsibility for driving both commercial growth and operational performance across the region.
Candidate Profile
- Education: College degree or above.
- Major: Open to all disciplines.
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in express delivery / logistics.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience at Director, Manager, or equivalent leadership level.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale operations, multiple branches, or regional business units is highly preferred.
- Strong track record in operations management, people leadership, and business development / sales.
- Solid understanding of logistics or express delivery operations, service quality, and customer management.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Decisive, accountable, and willing to take ownership of business results.
- Good command of Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.
- Male candidates preferred.
- Willingness to travel and work flexibly according to business and operational requirements.

- Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Working hours may be adjusted depending on the actual operating requirements of the branches.
- Management coverage: Central Vietnam.

- Responsibilities
- Lead the overall business and operational performance of the assigned region, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Propose and establish an effective regional organizational structure in line with business and operational requirements.
- Develop and execute regional business development plans to achieve revenue, service quality, and operational targets.
- Take overall ownership of key regional functions, including:
- o Revenue growth and business development
- Pickup, delivery, and inter-regional service quality
- Customer service and issue resolution
- Receivables and debt collection
- Addressing customer requirements and emerging business needs
- Lead regional workforce planning and management, including recruitment, training, internal transfers, appointments, performance management, and termination.
- Ensure effective communication and implementation of company policies, procedures, and regulations throughout the region.
- Review and provide recommendations on business and operational matters arising within the region, including:
- Pricing and commercial terms
- Sales conditions and business policies
- Branch and office organization
- Allocation of assets, equipment, and operating materials
- Receivables and outstanding debts
- Additional operating expenses and other regional requirements
- Monitor regional performance, identify operational gaps and business opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with relevant functions and other regions to ensure seamless service delivery and operational coordination.
- Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations directly to the Board of Management.
