HRO Consultant (Japanese)

Adecco’s client is a leading Japanese consulting firm specializing in Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Leadership Development, and Human Capital Transformation. Established in Japan in 2000, they partner with organizations across Asia to improve organizational performance through its proprietary "Motivation Engineering" methodology.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand organizational development needs and business objectives.

• Analyze organizational structures, processes, strengths, challenges, and improvement opportunities.

• Develop and implement organization development initiatives, strategies, and action plans.

• Design and deliver training, workshops, and capability development programs.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and recommend continuous improvements.

• Monitor project progress and prepare reports for clients and management.

• Advise clients on modern management practices and organizational effectiveness.

• Research and stay updated on the latest trends in organization development and people management.

• Participate in process improvement and organizational transformation projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above.

• Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above.

• From 1 year of experience in Sales, Human Resources, Consulting, or related fields.

• Passion for Business Development and Organizational Development.

• Strong communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills.

• English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 600+ is preferred.

• Chinese language ability is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is an advantage.
