ABOUT ADECCO'S CLIENT

• Our client is a well-known financial institution undergoing an ambitious transformation journey across Risk Analytics, AI/ML, and Model Risk Management. This role offers the opportunity to shape enterprise-wide modelling strategy and work directly with executive leadership on high-impact risk initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the bank's Model Risk Management strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee Model Development and Model Validation teams across credit risk and AI/ML use cases.
• Drive the adoption of advanced analytics, machine learning, and model governance frameworks.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to enhance risk capabilities, model performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Build scalable solutions and strengthen the bank's long-term modelling capabilities.

IDEAL PROFILE

• 10+ years of experience in Credit Risk Modelling, Model Validation, Model Risk Management, or Risk Analytics.
• Strong understanding of Basel, IFRS9, Stress Testing, and model governance frameworks.
• Exposure to AI/ML models and supporting technologies.
• Proven leadership experience managing modelling or validation teams.
• Background from leading banks, fintechs, card networks, consulting firms, or analytics organizations.
