Head of Account Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Head of Account Management, Business Development Executive (BDE), or B2B Customer Success role.
• Strong communication skills, with professional proficiency in English.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Growth mindset with a strong results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Chinese, Korean, or Japanese is an advantage.

Job Description:

• Manage client relationships and proactively engage with customers.
• Drive value creation and revenue growth from existing clients.
• Plan, implement, and ensure solution value delivery for new customers.
• Coordinate teams to resolve issues and manage customer expectations.
• Report on and manage the customer portfolio.
• Lead and develop the team.
