Executive Management
Adecco's client is a Vietnamese leading Multi-industries corporation in Hanoi.
Strategic Planning
- Advise the Board of Directors and General Director on development orientation, industries, markets, and key investment areas: Logistics/Airport Aviation/Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment and Development.
- Lead the development of medium- and long-term investment plans and portfolios; propose investment scale, capital allocation, and priority order.
- Direct the monitoring and evaluation of investment portfolio performance; propose restructuring, optimization, divestment, or transfer options.
Investment, M&A & Business Development
- Direct the identification, screening, and evaluation of investment and M&A opportunities; develop and submit investment proposals within authority.
- Lead the development of investment projects from research and legal completion through implementation, operation, or transfer.
- Direct investment capital management; control the progress, costs, quality, and efficiency of investment projects.
- Lead the development of relationships with strategic partners, investors, financial institutions, and key customers; promote investment and business cooperation opportunities.
- Direct research and proposal of new products, services, business models, and markets aligned with the Group's development orientation.
Governance & Control
- Direct the development and improvement of mechanisms, processes, and management reporting systems for investment activities, M&A, and investment portfolios.
- Direct the identification, assessment, and control of financial, market, legal, and project risks.
- Direct and develop personnel in the assigned area; coordinate with relevant units in implementing investment activities.
- Represent the Group in working with government authorities, partners, investors, and relevant parties as assigned or authorized.
- Perform other duties as assigned or authorized by the General Director/Board of Directors.
Education & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Investment, or related fields.
- MBA, CFA, ACCA, or CPA is preferred.
Age
- 35–45 years old.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in investment, finance, project development, or business development.
- At least 3 years in a senior management position such as Deputy General Director, Investment Division/Department Director, Business Development Director, or equivalent in a corporation/group.
- Strong experience in investment and business development; has led or participated in at least 2–3 large-scale investment transactions/projects.
- Accept candidates from M&A finance and investment backgrounds.
- Preference for candidates with in-depth experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Logistics (transportation, warehousing, seaports)
- Industrial real estate
- Airport aviation services
- Preference for candidates with practical experience in investment, project development, and business development, with direct responsibility for revenue, profit, and transaction results.
Knowledge
- In-depth understanding of investment management, project management, financial modeling, and company/project valuation.
- Or strong knowledge of M&A operations and laws related to investment, enterprises, land, construction, bidding, and securities.
Skills
- Strategic thinking; strong planning and execution skills.
- Leadership, team management, and decision-making in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills at the executive level; sharp market analysis and assessment.
- Good command of English is preferred.
