Business Development Manager

Our FDI Automotive manufacturing

• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience
• Technical or Commercial qualification, preferably 30–35 years old
• Strong OEM customer base knowledge and relationships across 2W/4W
• Good understanding of the 2W aftermarket and dealer network
• Experience in managing warehouse, logistics, and delivery operations
• Knowledge of automotive parts suppliers within the aftermarket segment
• Basic understanding of new product launches and market strategies

5–6 years of experience in Vietnam in Sales or Marketing, with strong exposure to Automotive OEM customers, covering either 2-wheelers or 4-wheelers.

Proven experience in automotive aftermarket sales, with regular interaction and relationship management with dealers, distributors, and retailers.

Willingness and experience to travel extensively within Vietnam and other ASEAN countries for customer visits and business development.

Experience in Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, Logistics, or related functions is preferred.
