$19/hr. base salary for Production Team Member role (25c raise retention incentive every 3 months for first full year - brings comp. up to $20/hr. at year 1 mark)- Up to 34 days of vacation, sick, and holiday time (Up to 15 accrued vacation days in your first year, up to 8 paid sick days, 11 holidays, bereavement, and jury duty leave)
