Adecco is partnering with a respected manufacturing client in Carrollton, TX to hire experienced Welders for a temp-to-hire opportunity. What You'll Do

As a Welder, you will fabricate, assemble, repair, and weld metal components used in machinery, plant equipment, motors, control panels, and other industrial products.

Key Responsibilities Include:

✅ Performing MIG, TIG, arc, gas, and gas-shielded arc welding operations

✅ Reading and interpreting blueprints, layouts, diagrams, and work orders

✅ Fitting, aligning, and assembling fabricated metal components and structures

✅ Setting up and maintaining welding equipment while ensuring proper settings and safety standards

✅ Inspecting welds for quality, strength, and accuracy

✅ Grinding, finishing, and repairing metal components as needed

✅ Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 3-5 years of welding experience preferred

• Welding certification or apprenticeship completion is a plus

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Experience working with manufacturing and welding equipment

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred

Pay Details: $20.00 to $39.00 per hour
