Warehouse Associate

Location: Reno, NV

Job Summary

Adecco is currently seeking motivated Warehouse Associates for a distribution facility in Reno, Nevada. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by receiving, picking, packing, loading, and moving merchandise to ensure accurate and timely shipments. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining inventory accuracy. Warehouse Associates play an important role in helping products move efficiently through the distribution process while supporting overall operational success.

Responsibilities

  • Pull merchandise from storage locations using handheld RF scanning devices.

  • Pick orders accurately and efficiently according to shipping requirements.

  • Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.

  • Receive, load, unload, and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.

  • Operate manual and powered pallet jacks in a safe manner.

  • Replenish inventory stock in designated warehouse locations.

  • Perform inventory counts and cycle count activities.

  • Compare physical inventory to system records and report discrepancies.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Follow all company safety procedures and operational standards.

  • Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.

  • Experience using RF scanners or other warehouse technology is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

This position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, standing, and walking throughout the workday. Employees must be able to safely perform repetitive physical tasks in a warehouse environment and work around material handling equipment and moving product.

Assessment Requirement

  • Forklift Assessment required.

Required PPE

  • Steel-toe shoes required.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
