Warehouse Associate

Location: Cedar Knolls, NJ
Pay: $22.50/hour
Type: Temp-to-Perm

Job Summary:
Support daily warehouse operations by picking and packing finished goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring orders are shipped on time. This role requires a strong focus on safety, organization, and following warehouse procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack finished goods accurately and efficiently

• Maintain accurate inventory and proper product locations

• Prepare orders to meet daily shipping requirements

• Follow warehouse procedures, company guidelines, and 5S standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Understand proper stock rotation and material storage requirements

• Assist with training and directing other warehouse personnel as needed

• Handle materials properly to prevent damage or deterioration

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous warehouse experience preferred

• Ability to follow procedures and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: $22.50 per hour
