Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with solid warehouse experience who takes initiative, stays productive, and can successfully cross-train in multiple warehouse functions.

What You’ll Do

• Pick inventory and parts accurately using pick sheets

• Verify part numbers and quantities

• Receive and organize incoming inventory using FIFO procedures

• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, or discrepancies

• Clean, inspect, and package finished products for shipment

• Prepare and complete required warehouse documentation

• Process inbound receipts, returns, and non-conforming materials according to company procedures

• Organize inventory and maintain accurate storage locations

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of debris

• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures

• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience with a strong, stable work history

• Dependable and motivated with a strong work ethic

• Self-starter who looks for work and stays productive without constant supervision

• Ability and willingness to cross-train in multiple warehouse functions

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to use timekeeping and scanning systems

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

• Basic math skills, including fractions, decimals, percentages, and ratios

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and solve routine problems

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday

• Ability to safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks

• Ability to handle and move inventory and finished goods

Pay Details: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
