Upholstered Furniture Inspector
Adecco is currently assisting a local client recruiting for an Upholstered Furniture Inspector in Greensboro, NC. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with starting pay at $17.00 per hour.
The Upholstered Furniture Inspector will inspect finished furniture for quality, clean and prepare products for shipment, perform minor touchups, and ensure customer quality standards are met.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
40 hours per week
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Inspect upholstered furniture to ensure quality standards are met
Identify and communicate quality concerns to supervisors
Remove dust, debris, and loose fabric threads using pneumatic air tools
Steam upholstered furniture to eliminate wrinkles
Clean furniture using approved cleaning products when needed
Perform minor touchups using markers and repair materials
Read and verify production order paperwork
Maintain an organized work area and accurate documentation

Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing, furniture, inspection, or quality experience preferred
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
Ability to maintain accurate production records
Must-Haves:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to read and understand work orders and production paperwork

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
