Tester Operator

Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in their search for Tester Operator positions in Joliet, IL. • Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Operate STB testing equipment (CMTx, Raptor, and GEN systems) to meet or exceed daily production goals.

• Perform electronic testing and troubleshooting of equipment to determine functionality and identify defects.

• Verify incoming and outgoing unit counts, inspect product condition, and maintain quality standards.

• Package, unpackage, sort, stage, and prepare units for production while maintaining an organized workstation.

• Enter and track data using PC systems and RF handheld devices.

• Pull, stock, and move equipment and parts as needed throughout the facility.

 

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

• Ability to operate a computer and accurately enter data into company systems.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-speed, high-volume environment.

• Previous experience in manufacturing, distribution, testing, repair, logistics, or technical service environments is a plus.

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform warehouse-related tasks.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
