💰 Pay Rate: $41.00/Hour

📅 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (Occasional 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST shifts)

🏠 Work Type: Cary, NC, Hybrid (Onsite & Work from Home, based on performance metrics)

🌟 What You'll Do

As a REMS Clinical Nurse Educator, you'll play a vital role in supporting patients enrolled in specialty medication therapy programs by providing education, counseling, and ongoing care coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Educate and counsel patients prescribed FDA REMS medications

✅ Support medication adherence and therapy success

✅ Schedule medication refills and assist with copay collection when applicable

✅ Discuss medication side effects and treatment options

✅ Complete thorough and accurate patient documentation

✅ Identify and report adverse events and product complaints

✅ Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient medical records

✅ Serve as a trusted resource between providers, patients, and pharmacy teams

✅ Collaborate with pharmacy support teams to ensure timely medication delivery

✅ Deliver exceptional patient care while improving treatment outcomes

🎯 Qualifications

✔ Active, unrestricted RN License (Compact License preferred or primary NC/TX license)

✔ Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Accredited Nursing Diploma

✔ 4+ years of nursing experience with at least 1 year of oncology, acute, inpatient care/specialty care preferred

✔ Inpatient or outpatient experience preferred

✔ Ability to read, analyze and interpret practice standards, professional journals, technical procedures and government standards and regulations

✔ Comfortable using computer-based systems and documentation platforms

✔ Ability to obtain additional state licensures within 3 months
