Senior Inside Sales Representative – Waltham, MA

Adecco Permanent Search is partnered with an industrial distribution and automation company that is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative for its Waltham, MA location.

This position will support existing customers through order processing, quotations, technical support, and account management while working closely with outside sales and Branch leadership.
This is a full-time onsite opportunity with long-term growth potential into leadership.

Compensation

• Base salary range: $70,000 - $75,000

• Uncapped commission / bonus potential

• Strong benefits package

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone and email

• Process orders, quotes, and technical requests

• Assist with product selection and problem solving

• Work closely with outside sales and vendors

• Build long-term customer relationships

• Support Branch growth initiatives

Qualifications

• Industrial distribution or B2B sales experience preferred

• Experience with industrial, automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, or mechanical products a plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• ERP / CRM experience preferred

• Leadership potential highly valued

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
