Job Overview

Adecco is hiring Rewind Operators for a leading packaging manufacturer in Greensboro, NC. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, quality-focused, and enjoy working in a manufacturing environment. The Rewind Operator is responsible for operating a rewinder machine that converts large rolls into smaller finished rolls while inspecting labels for quality and accuracy. 

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor rewinder machinery safely and efficiently

• Inspect labels and finished products for quality issues and defects

• Set up equipment according to job specifications

• Complete required production and quality documentation

• Verify customer specifications and ensure accuracy before shipment

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, and GMP requirements

• Enter production information into company systems

• Assist with other production duties as needed

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED

• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience

• Basic computer and math skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Quality inspection experience

• Pharmaceutical, printing, packaging, or label production experience

• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods

• Ability to visually inspect products for long periods of time

• Comfortable working around production machinery

• Ability to work overtime as needed

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
