Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Hospice contract in Cochise County, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity to join a compassionate, patient-focused team while making a meaningful impact in the lives of hospice patients and their families.
Job Details
Coverage Area: Cochise County, AZ
Contract Length: 3-Month Contract, with possibility of extension
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $53.00 - $55.90 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement between patient visits
On-Call Requirement: Rotation required
Weekend Requirement: Rotation required
Responsibilities
Provide case management for hospice patients in their homes
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately
Coordinate care plans and communicate with interdisciplinary team members
Monitor patient conditions and report changes as needed
Provide patient and family education and support
Deliver high-quality, compassionate end-of-life care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Requirements
Active Arizona RN license or Compact State RN license
Current BLS certification
Hospice experience
Ability to manage patient visits independently
Reliable transportation for local travel
Strong assessment and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience
Wound care experience
Strong hospice case management skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Additional Information

Pay Details: $53.00 to $55.90 per hour
