Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health | Renton, WA

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health contract in Renton, WA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a patient-focused team while making a meaningful impact in the community.

Job Details

• Location: Renton, WA

• Contract Length: 3-Month Contract, with possibility of extension

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• Hours: 40 hours per week

• Pay Rate: $53.00 - $55.90 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement between patient visits

• On-Call Requirement: Yes

• Weekend Requirement: Weekend rotation required

Responsibilities

• Manage a home health caseload and provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes

• Complete Start of Care (SOC), Resumption of Care (ROC), recertification, routine, and discharge visits

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and accurate OASIS documentation

• Develop, implement, and revise individualized plans of care in collaboration with physicians and the care team

• Complete medication reconciliation and monitor changes in patient condition

• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, aides, patients, caregivers, and community resources

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with agency and payer requirements

• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as needed to ensure continuity of patient care

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of practice

• Current CPR certification

• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation

• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently in the field

Preferred Skills

• Recent Home Health experience

• OASIS experience

• Strong care coordination and case management skills

• Excellent communication and patient education abilities

Pay Details: $53.00 to $55.90 per hour
