Production Operator - Joplin, MO

Key Responsibilities: 

• Palletize finished products efficiently and accurately to ensure seamless delivery. 

• Follow all safety protocols and workplace safety practices to maintain a secure environment. 

• Adhere to detailed instructions while upholding high production standards. 

• Keep work areas clean and organized to promote efficiency and safety. 

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure consistent, quality output. 

Qualifications: 

• 1-2 years of experience in fast-paced environments such as food service, agriculture, farming, or retail. 

• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds. 

• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on either day (6:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.) or night (6:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.) schedules. 

• Capable of standing for extended periods. 

• Steel-toe shoes are required to ensure safety in the workplace.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
