Adecco Staffing is partnering with a local manufacturer in Woonsocket, RI seeking a Production Control Scheduler for 1st shift M-F 8am-5pm. The salary will be roughly $50-$65k depending on experience.

Job Summary:
The Production Control Scheduler is responsible for planning, scheduling, implementing, and monitoring production activities to ensure contract requirements, product specifications, and deadlines are consistently met.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in setting and overseeing work assignments, schedules, and work quality for the manufacturing team.
- Review contract specifications, drawings, sales orders, and project documents to determine production requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate work across departments to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Identify, acquire, and ensure availability of necessary materials and supplies.
- Draft, develop, and implement cost-effective manufacturing methods and procedures to meet production standards.
- Prepare workforce projections and budget estimates based on labor hours and material costs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Proven supervisory and leadership capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective time management with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and draft accurate manufacturing procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- High school diploma or equivalent - Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in design drafting, production planning, assembly work, or related disciplines.
- Experience with scheduling/production planning software (Visual Planning preferred)
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
