Production Associate

Adecco is hiring immediately for Production Associates near Joplin, MO! If you have experience in construction, landscaping, manufacturing, or other labor-intensive environments, we want to hear from you.

 

Schedule:

• Monday -Thursday, 6AM-6PM, with overtime on Fridays

 

Pay: $20.00/hr

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Pack, throw, stack, and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift

• Perform shoveling, sweeping, and general housekeeping duties

• Perform other assigned duties to meet customer and production requirements

• Clean work areas and keep them free of clutter and debris

• Meet daily productivity goals in a fast-paced production environment

• Follow all safety policies and procedures

 

Work Environment:

• Primarily outdoor work environment

• Dusty and physically demanding conditions

• Exposure to changing weather conditions throughout the year

• Hot temperatures during summer months

• Cold temperatures during winter months

 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, and landscaping is required

• Valid driver's license required

• Reliable transportation required

• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Steel-toe boots required

• Ability to work overtime as needed

• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
