| Licensed Physical Therapist – Home Health Location: Texas Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pay Range: $45–$50 per hour, based on experience Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality care to patients in a home health setting. This full-time opportunity offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, competitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits package, and a generous sign-on bonus. Position Details Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Home health setting Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Evaluate patient needs, progress, and functional abilities Educate patients and caregivers on appropriate exercises and home-care strategies Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Qualifications Current and active Texas Physical Therapist (PT) license BLS certification required upon hire One year of home health experience preferred; however, all qualified applicants will be considered Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills Ability to work independently and manage a home-based patient caseload Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $45 per hour Pay range: $45–$50 per hour, depending on experience $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist looking for a stable full-time home health position with competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a substantial sign-on bonus. |
