| Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist / Occupational Therapist Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Pay Range: $80,000–$90,000 per year for full-time; $40–$50 per hour for part-time, based on experience Expected Hours: 10–40 hours per week, flexible Work Location: In Person About the Position We are seeking a passionate and compassionate Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist to join a growing outpatient rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pelvic health clinician or a new graduate with a genuine interest in developing expertise in pelvic health. Clinician autonomy and opportunities to contribute to team and clinical decisions. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program. Active state licensure as a PT or OT. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous pelvic health experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrated interest in pelvic health and a commitment to continued professional development. Strong communication, clinical reasoning, documentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide compassionate, trauma-informed care. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive pelvic floor evaluations in a safe, respectful, and trauma-informed environment. Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Treat a broad range of pelvic health conditions, including: Pelvic pain Urinary and bowel dysfunction Incontinence Pregnancy and postpartum conditions Pelvic organ prolapse Core dysfunction Men's and women's pelvic health concerns Sexual health-related dysfunction Educate and empower patients through individualized treatment and home exercise programs. Collaborate with an experienced clinical team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Participate in continuing education and share clinical knowledge with colleagues. Provide patient-centered care focused on improving function, confidence, and quality of life.
