This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients, managing front office operations, and contributing to a positive patient experience.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients upon arrival while ensuring a positive experience.

• Manage patient intake and registration processes.

• Verify and collect co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and issue receipts.

• Maintain and reconcile cash drawer and daily deposits.

• Answer incoming calls and schedule patient appointments.

• Process walk-in patients and visitors.

• Maintain, scan, file, and organize medical records.

• Handle medical records release requests and maintain required documentation.

• Ensure all patient correspondence is properly scanned and filed in a timely manner.

• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

✅ Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 1-2 years of related administrative or medical office experience.

• Data entry experience.

• Knowledge of medical terminology and medical office procedures.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to accurately file and maintain records.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred

• ICD-9 and CPT coding experience.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
