Are you experienced in benefit verification, pharmacy services, and insurance coordination? Adecco Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Healthcare Patient Benefits Specialist to support patients and healthcare providers through a leading patient support program!

📍 Hybrid Opportunity

💲 Pay: $21.00 - $21.50 per hour

🕘 Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

What You'll Do:

✅ Verify medical and pharmacy benefits for patients

✅ Provide exceptional patient support and service via phone and web-based platforms

✅ Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams

✅ Assist with reimbursement support and healthcare program coordination

✅ Navigate insurance coverage, prior authorizations, and patient resources

✅ Help patients understand available healthcare benefits and services

What We're Looking For:

✔ Benefit Verification experience required

✔ Medical and Pharmacy Insurance knowledge required

✔ Pharmacy or healthcare industry experience preferred

✔ Strong patient service and communication skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve moderately complex issues

✔ High School Diploma or GED required

Pay Details: $21.00 to $21.50 per hour
