Salary: $75,000 annually

We are hiring an experienced Paint Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity supporting a highly automated manufacturing operation.

This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing automated paint-line equipment, robotics, and supporting systems. The right candidate will have a strong industrial maintenance background and proven hands-on robotics experience.

Robotics experience is REQUIRED for this role. Candidates without robotics experience will not be considered.

What You’ll Do

  • Troubleshoot and maintain industrial robotic systems and automated paint equipment

  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance

  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues

  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime

  • Repair and maintain paint-line machinery and auxiliary equipment

  • Support equipment setup, fine-tuning, and installation activities

  • Participate in continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives

  • Maintain maintenance records, technical documentation, and spare-parts inventory

  • Work with outside contractors and equipment suppliers as needed

  • Follow all established safety, HSE, LOTO, and environmental procedures

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles

The position is centered on keeping paint-line equipment and auxiliary systems in safe, functional condition through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on industrial robotics experience – REQUIRED

  • Experience troubleshooting and maintaining automated production equipment

  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

  • Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems

  • Experience with robotic application processes

  • Proven problem-solving and equipment diagnostic abilities

  • Computer skills

  • Ability to respond effectively to production equipment downtime

  • Experience maintaining large-scale manufacturing equipment

Schedule

Candidates must be flexible to support:

  • Multiple shifts

  • Weekend coverage

Compensation
