Pay: Up to $27.30/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Position Overview
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring for a global medical device organization known for developing and manufacturing innovative products that support tissue reconstruction, regenerative medicine, and surgical care.
We are seeking a Senior Packaging Technician for a hands-on technical role within a regulated manufacturing environment. This opportunity is well suited for someone with experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, laboratory, manufacturing, packaging, or other quality-controlled environments.
Cleanroom experience is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
Perform hands-on packaging and technical activities in a regulated manufacturing environment
Follow established procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements
Handle materials and products carefully and accurately
Operate and work with applicable tools, equipment, and packaging materials
Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area
Follow required PPE and safety procedures
Work collaboratively with team members to support daily production and packaging activities
Identify and communicate process, equipment, or quality concerns as appropriate
Qualifications
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Hands-on experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, laboratory, or another technical environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Ability to work in a hands-on environment while following required PPE and safety practices
Preferred:
Medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
Cleanroom experience
Experience working in a regulated or quality-controlled environment
Packaging, production, laboratory, or technical process experience
Work Environment
This is a 100% onsite, hands-on role in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Standard lab/manufacturing PPE is required
Appropriate, clean work attire is expected
Steel-toe shoes or boots may be required
Clothing must be free of rips, tears, or holes

Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.30 per hour
