Role Overview    

We are seeking an experienced Operations Program Manager to drive operational excellence, maintain quality standards, and ensure workflow stability across Trust & Safety operations. In this role, you will partner closely with Policy, Engineering, Operations, and vendor teams to manage quality performance, support critical policy launches, and improve operational processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly analytical, and has a strong background in quality management and stakeholder engagement. 

Key Responsibilities 

Monitor, analyze, and report on core quality KPIs and operational metrics. 

Lead regular quality reviews, calibration sessions, and performance discussions with internal teams and vendor partners. 

Conduct root cause analysis on quality issues, identify operational bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions. 

Partner with Business Analysts and Engineering teams to investigate and resolve workflow, data pipeline, and system-related issues. 

Serve as the primary quality point of contact for assigned vendor partners and manage escalations effectively. 

Support policy launches, tool migrations, and infrastructure initiatives to ensure operational continuity. 

Maintain and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and operational trackers. 

Collaborate cross-functionally with Policy, Engineering, Operations, and external partners to ensure alignment and consistent quality standards. 

Manage competing priorities and respond effectively during high-risk incidents and operational escalations. 

Required Qualifications 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 

7+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation Quality Assurance, Customer Support Operations, or BPO environments. 

5+ years of experience managing operational programs, workflows, or teams. 

Experience working with vendor management, quality programs, and stakeholder engagement. 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience conducting root cause analysis. 

Experience managing escalations and driving resolution across multiple teams. 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Shift: Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Pay Details: $109.79 per hour
