Medical Assistant

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring a Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) for a healthcare clinic in Seattle, WA.

This is an on-site opportunity supporting a busy cardiology practice. Please review the details below and apply with an updated resume for consideration:

Pay: $26 to $28.50/hour
Type: Three-Month Contract, possibility of an extension
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

·       Room patients and prepare them for appointments.

·       Obtain and document vital signs including blood pressure, weight, pulse, and height.

·       Verify medications, allergies, and patient medical history.

·       Assist providers with patient care and clinical support activities.

·       Complete patient paperwork and maintain accurate documentation.

·       Support daily clinic operations while providing excellent patient care.

·       Follow HIPAA guidelines and facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

·       Active Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) credential required.

·       Minimum of 1 year of Medical Assistant experience preferred.

·       Strong patient care and communication skills.

·       Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.

·       Detail-oriented and highly organized.

·       Experience working with electronic medical records preferred.

·       Cardiology experience is a plus.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.50 per hour
