Material Handler

Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift

We are seeking a dependable and safety-minded Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team. This position supports daily warehouse operations with a focus on forklift operation, inventory control, material handling, distribution activities, and RF scanner usage. The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, maintains excellent attendance, and demonstrates a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday

• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Overtime

• Overtime may be required based on business needs

• Most overtime hours are scheduled before or after the regular shift

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment

• Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory and product movement

• Perform inventory control and cycle count activities

• Receive, store, pick, pack, and ship products according to company procedures

• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently

• Support distribution and warehouse operations to meet productivity goals

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow all safety policies and operational procedures

• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational objectives

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous warehouse experience required

• Forklift operation experience required

• Experience using RF scanners preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality

• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs

• Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification when needed

• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a warehouse environment

Work Environment

• Team-oriented warehouse environment with approximately 11 team members

• Professional, collaborative atmosphere that values teamwork, flexibility, and communication

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

• Safety-toe shoes are required

• Additional required PPE will be provided by the company

Pay Details: $22.75 per hour
