Material Handler

Adecco has partnered with a premier client in Lee’s Summit, MO recruiting for 1st shift Material Handlers with starting pay rates at $17.50! This is a great opportunity to gain valuable warehouse experience, develop new skills in inventory management and order fulfillment, and potentially transition into a full-time position with our client.

Job Responsibilities

As a Material Handler you will:

• Accurately pick customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring the correct item, lot number, and quantity are selected.

• Prepare and package orders for shipment according to established quality standards and customer requirements.

• Inspect cartons and materials for accuracy and proper product protection prior to shipment.

• Build and prepare pallets for distribution while maintaining product integrity.

• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

• Maintain compliance with quality standards, environmental regulations, and workplace safety policies.

• Support general warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• Basic computer skills

• Minimum of two years of warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: $17.50 per hour
