Role Overview    

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, agency partners, and stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing initiatives across digital, social, media, and event channels. 

Key Responsibilities 

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. 

Lead cross-functional marketing programs, campaigns, and projects from planning through execution and measurement. 

Partner with product, industry, customer, and partner marketing teams to create compelling content and promotional plans. 

Manage media planning activities and collaborate with agency partners to optimize campaign performance. 

Drive social media, content marketing, influencer marketing, and integrated communication strategies. 

Analyze campaign performance, audience insights, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI. 

Track and report campaign success using KPIs such as leads generated, MQLs, pipeline contribution, revenue impact, and cost per lead. 

Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, vendors, sponsors, venues, and event partners. 

Manage event and experiential marketing initiatives, including logistics, budgeting, vendor coordination, and promotional activities. 

Collaborate with sales teams to maximize campaign effectiveness and ensure lead follow-up. 

Ensure all marketing communications align with brand standards, voice, and business objectives. 

Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture that encourages diverse perspectives and innovation. 

Required Qualifications 

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 

5+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, media planning, or related disciplines. 

Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns. 

Strong analytical skills with experience measuring marketing performance and ROI. 

Experience managing agencies, vendors, and external partners. 

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills. 

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $85.92 / hr.  

Shift: Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST 

Location: MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA 94043 (Hybrid)

Pay Details: $85.92 per hour
