Responsibilities for a Marketing Specialist include but are not limited to:

·       Develop and execute strategic, cross-functional marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and business growth.

·       Partner with senior marketing leaders, product teams, partner marketing, and customer marketing teams to define campaign objectives and marketing strategies.

·       Manage media planning, advertising initiatives, sponsorships, agency relationships, vendors, and event logistics to maximize campaign effectiveness.

·       Lead the development and execution of marketing communications, social media, influencer marketing, and content marketing strategies across multiple channels.

·       Analyze campaign performance, track ROI, pipeline, revenue, MQLs, and lead generation metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

·       Build and maintain strong stakeholder, client, vendor, and agency relationships while ensuring successful delivery of marketing programs and projects.

Candidates for Marketing Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

·       Strong experience in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Integrated Marketing Programs.

·       Expertise in Media Planning, Media Placement, Advertising, and Marketing Communications.

·       Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, SEO, and Digital Marketing Channels.

·       Advanced Data Analysis skills with experience measuring ROI, campaign performance, lead generation, pipeline, and revenue impact.

·       Strong Project Management and Stakeholder Management skills, including managing agencies, vendors, budgets, and cross-functional teams.

·       Excellent Communication, Negotiation, Leadership, and Relationship Management skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• Shift: Hybrid - Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $91.51 per hour
