Maintenance Technician (Equipment & Facilities)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
Pay: $35.00+ /hour DOE

Position Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing equipment and facility operations. This role is responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and ensuring equipment and building systems operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.

  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.

  • Conduct equipment inspections, testing, and repairs to minimize downtime.

  • Maintain HVAC, compressed air, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.

  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.

  • Document maintenance activities and repairs using a CMMS.

  • Follow company safety procedures and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.

  • Experience with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred

  • Experience with CNC machinery, automated equipment, or precision manufacturing.

  • Familiarity with CMMS software and PLC-controlled equipment.

  • Knowledge of HVAC, facility systems, and OSHA standards.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.

  • Ability to work around manufacturing equipment and industrial machinery.

ITAR Requirement

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
