Mailroom Associate

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for a local Mailroom Associate. This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills Mailroom Associate you in your career. Information: 

·       Pay: $20.00

·       Shifts Available: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm and Monday to Friday 3:30pm - 12am

Responsibilities:

• Handwork: Staple packets, stuffing envelopes and organizing items as directed by standard operating procedures.

• Attention to detail.

• Work fast and accurately.

• Sit All Day.

• Fanner: Assists either Insert/Sorter operator at the end of the mail machines. Quality check production mail pieces to ensure mail is produced in accordance with standard operating procedures. Also, performs line breakdown and tray preparation for entry into the USPS.

• Attention to detail.

• Fast paced, physically demanding position.

• Standing required for full shift.
  

• Meter: Applies postage to mail pieces by running them through a Postage Meter. Quality checks the mail pieces before and after processing to ensure mail is produced in accordance with USPS Regulations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Ability to lift up to 30lbs, repetitive bending and/or moving
• Computer Literacy
• Typing Skills/Proficiency (45 WPM minimum)
• Ability to balance transactions
• Fast-paced, reliable, and detail oriented
• Work fast and accurately

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
