Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Mail Processor II to join our fast-paced, 24/7 corporate mailroom team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will handle digital printing on large production-class equipment, operate high-volume folding and inserting machines, and manage time-sensitive mailing operations. You will process confidential healthcare documentation, ensuring high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
Pay, Schedule & Location
Pay Rate: $18.55 / hour
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Shift: Thursday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Weekend Coverage)
Status: Full-Time / Safety-Sensitive Role
Environment: Onsite / Fast-Paced Production Mailroom
Key Responsibilities
Operate production-class digital printers to process high-volume printing jobs based on provided documentation.
Run large-class inserting machines to fold and insert materials into appropriate envelopes.
Apply correct postage, verify job completion, and communicate statuses accurately within strict, time-sensitive deadlines.
Perform general mailroom functions, including sorting, staging, and preparing outgoing shipments.
Safely handle sensitive patient and healthcare information in accordance with privacy compliance protocols.
Maintain an active physical workflow across the mailroom floor to meet daily production goals.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Physical Capability: Ability to continuously stand, walk, and move throughout an entire 10-hour shift, and comfortably lift/carry paper and envelope boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
Technical Proficiency: Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for job tracking and daily communications.
Multitasking Ability: Strong organizational skills to manage competing tasks under tight timelines.
Interpersonal Skills: A balance of compassion, kindness, professionalism, and strong customer service values.
Pay Details: $18.55 per hour
