Machine Operator

Adecco is currently hiring immediately for dedicated Machine Operators to join our esteemed client in Hamilton, NJ. As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in operating automated production machinery, inspecting products along a continuous flow line, and assisting with light assembly tasks. This position offers an engaging, fast-paced environment where every day presents new challenges and learning opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Operate and monitor automated production machinery to ensure smooth operation. 

• Conduct ongoing inspections of products to maintain quality standards. 

• Perform light hand assembly, including assembling boxes, applying labels, and filling out production logs. 

• Collaborate with team members and under supervision, train new employees on daily tasks and safety procedures. 

• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the work area. 

• Assist with additional tasks as assigned, with flexibility to adapt as business needs evolve. 

 

Work Schedule: 

• Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM 

Requirements:  

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required  

• At least 1 year of manufacturing or machine operating experience 

• Previous experience in warehouse or production settings a plus 

• Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious, and reliable  

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. 

• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapt quickly  

• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills  

• Reliable attendance and punctuality 

• Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals

Pay Details: $21.32 per hour
