Machine maintenance operator

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Machine maintenance operator positions in Townsend, MA. This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a General Warehouse, while learning new ones to assist you in your career.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Maximizing production up time and high-quality products by ensuring machines and physical plant are operating at optimum levels.

• Completes preventative maintenance requirements (equipment, conveyor systems, production machines); performs minor repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and other aspects of the physical plant.

• Provides ongoing troubleshooting and repair of equipment.

• Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening to problems, using precision measuring and testing instruments.

Requirements:

• HS/GED and 2 years’ experience or Tech Cert.

• Basic electrical and electronic repair knowledge.

• Experience with troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.

• Experience in maintenance in a production environment & knowledge of machine tools.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
