Kit Production Coordinator

Assist in the Global Kit Production, distribution and order fulfillment ensuring supplies are processed in a timely manner. The Kit Production Coordinator ensures a high level of support, service, reliability, and availability to external kit vendors and internal departments. This function is 100% office based.

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Reports to Supervisor Kit Production

• Provides supplies and shipping support including assembling and packing laboratory kits following study kit specifications

• Perform quality control checks on assembled kits

• Order fulfillment and shipping

• Performs labelling activities and any activity related to kit production

• Assist with (un)loading activities

• Supports resolution of Kit Vendor Quality Events

• Incorrect documents

• Failure to release orders

• Providing inaccurate information

• Guidelines discrepancies/updates

• Sending incorrect items

• Kit building errors

• Overdue orders

• Supports information sharing within GSS department

• Occasionally attend weekly kitting vendor operational meetings

• Support flex tasks within GSS and Sample Management

 

Requirements:

• Previous experience that provides knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2

years).

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong computer skills

• Time management skills

• Accurate data entry skills

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

• Frequent mobility required (standing, twisting waist, squats, bending)

• Lifting/carrying

• Exposure to fluctuating temperatures and exposure to potentially infectious and hazardous substances

• Regular rotation of work schedule to include early start and late end time

• Maintains confidentiality of client protocols and study data

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
