IT Recruiter

As a Recruiter, you’ll help drive the hiring process by identifying qualified candidates, building strong candidate relationships, coordinating hiring activities, and supporting recruiting goals in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do

• Source and engage qualified candidates for current hiring needs

• Screen applicants and evaluate their experience and qualifications

• Coordinate interviews and other hiring activities

• Maintain consistent, professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Support recruiting, staffing, and hiring goals in a fast-paced environment

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates

• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting records

• Deliver a positive candidate experience from application through placement

• Help connect qualified candidates with the right employment opportunities

What we’re looking for

• Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or high-volume hiring experience preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Comfortable using recruiting technology and applicant tracking systems

• Customer-focused and candidate-focused approach

• Ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail

• Energetic, people-focused professional who enjoys connecting with candidates

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
