About the role:
As an Invoice Clerk, you will be responsible for processing invoices for all non-retail locations across the East Coast, while supporting the manager with month-end close activities. This role also provides cross-functional support to Corporate Property, Property Development, Accounting, and the Master Data Management (MDM) team.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and reconcile vendor invoices, payments, and check requests.
Review invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
Run Accounts Payable reports and provide financial support to departments.
Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, including budgeting, accruals, and reporting.
Prepare and post journal entries, expense accruals, and account reclassifications in PeopleSoft.
Track actual expenses and support financial analysis across multiple locations.
Maintain vendor records and coordinate vendor setup to ensure timely payments.
Ensure compliance with Accounts Payable policies and procedures.
Respond to invoice- and payment-related inquiries from vendors and stakeholders.
Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
1-3 years previous Accounts Payable experience preferred
Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Ariba, and Peoplesoft
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise independent judgment
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including prioritization and proper follow-through to ensure timely resolution
Excellent organizational skills
Additional Details:
Work hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Hybrid work model: onsite 2-3 days per week
Environment: Business casual dress code.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
