Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring an In-Facility Supervisor for a healthcare organization in Stockton, CA.

This is an on-site opportunity supporting hospital-based patient access and acute revenue cycle operations. The position offers a primarily overnight schedule with flexibility to support a 24/7 operation.

Pay: $18 to $20.50/hour
Type: 4-Month Contract, possibility of an extension or full-time conversion
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily NOC Shift (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM)
Location: Stockton, CA

Primary Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support patient access and front-end revenue cycle teams.
• Oversee daily staffing, scheduling, and workflow coordination.
• Monitor patient registration, insurance verification, and financial clearance activities.
• Support point-of-service collections and revenue cycle performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contractual service levels.
• Address operational issues, escalations, and staffing concerns as they arise.
• Track team performance and provide coaching and guidance to staff.
• Collaborate with leadership and facility personnel to maintain continuity of operations.
• Support multiple facilities within the Stockton market as needed.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of hospital-based patient access or acute revenue cycle experience required.
• Previous supervisory, lead, or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Experience with patient registration, insurance verification, and financial clearance processes.
• Proficiency with computer systems and healthcare applications.
• Ability to support multiple facilities and operational priorities.
• No license or certification required.

• Business casual or facility-appropriate attire required.
• One interview round with a possible second interview if needed.
• Video interviews preferred.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.50 per hour
