🕐 Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:00 PM - 2:30 AM

This role is critical to ensuring our warehouse technology, equipment, and automation systems operate efficiently, safely, and with minimal downtime.

Position Details
Title: Hybrid Technician, Distribution Center
Department: Warehouse & Shipping
What You'll Do
As a Hybrid Technician, you will serve as the frontline support resource for warehouse technology and operational systems, working closely with Operations, IT, vendors, and facility leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial printers and warehouse equipment
Install, maintain, and repair machinery and operational equipment
Monitor and support Locus robotics and automation systems
Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs
Maintain parts and tote inventory
Respond to facility and technology service requests
Support DTS and B2C order processing within SALT
Create and modify labels using ZPL coding
Submit and track technical support tickets
Investigate, analyze, and resolve equipment, software, and operational system issues
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to minimize downtime
Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and system performance
Qualifications
Required:
Minimum of 1 year of software and server management experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret information to identify solutions
Preferred:
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), automation, or robotics platforms
Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) or work order systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools
Willingness to operate a scissor lift and work at elevated heights

Pay Details: $26.00 per hour
