Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent across Finance and other corporate functions. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines using sourcing tools, networking, job boards, referrals, and recruiting events.
Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.
Consult with hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, interview best practices, and recruitment processes.
Negotiate and extend employment offers.
Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to leadership and HR partners.
Promote an inclusive and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with recruiting team members and provide support across multiple business areas as needed.
Required Skills
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
4+ years of full lifecycle corporate recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting for Finance-related positions such as Financial Analysis, Accounting, Tax, Capital Markets, Risk, Corporate Development, Audit, or Legal.
Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Workday ATS.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay Rate: $47.17 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Location: Richmond or McLean (Hybrid)

Pay Details: $47.17 per hour
