Responsibilities for HR Recruiter include but are not limited to:

·        Recruiting for Branch ambassador positions (equivalent to a teller role) East coast through Texas

·        Corporate recruiting experience required or hospitality recruiting. No IT recruiters

·        Connecting w/ clients coming in building relationships and educating them on products and services they have

·        Think outside the box - challenge status quo to bring in higher level of talent.

·        Looking for someone who has worked in a dynamic environment

 

Candidates HR Recruiter must meet the following requirements to be considered:

·        Must be highly organized

·        Experience with Google suites

·        Recruiting for Market Manager/Branch Manager Leadership Role.

·        High volume (12 hires per month within dedicated market)

·        Strong attention to detail and great communication skills

·        Some help clients strategically hire to fill markets

·        Looking for someone who is proactive

·        Strategically navigate change

·        Focus on select markets building relationship with client

·        Understand profile and execute client needs

·        Looking to fill projected growth

·        Able to deliver an amazing experience for both candidate and client

 

What's in this HR Recruiter position for you?

·        Pay: $45.65/hr.

·        Shift: Hybrid, M-F; 8 AM – 5 PM

Pay Details: $45.65 per hour
