Forklift Operator – Warehouse

Adecco is excited to partner with CTDI in Fort Worth, TX, to fill an immediate opening for a Warehouse Forklift Operator. Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment to unload, transport, and organize inventory across the warehouse.

• Accurately prepare, load, and stage shipments to meet strict deadlines and quality standards.

• Support inventory control processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and warehouse policies.

• Assist with general warehouse tasks, including maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of forklift operation experience or handling similar warehouse/distribution equipment.

• Valid PIT certification or the ability to obtain and maintain current certification.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and inventory management.

• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Outlook.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Physical capability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods.

• Ability to perform physical movements such as bending, reaching, and twisting as needed.

• Prior experience in logistics, manufacturing, testing/repair, or distribution is highly advantageous.

Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday–Friday (includes shift differential pay)

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
