Food Production Associate / Bakery Manufacturing Assistant

Pay Rate: $17.50/hour

Adecco is currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals for a Food Production Associate position with a bakery manufacturing facility in Essex Junction, VT. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced production environment where you'll help create and package high-quality baked goods enjoyed by customers nationwide.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with the production and packaging of bakery products
• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Package finished products for shipment and distribution
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with food safety guidelines
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety procedures, and company policies
• Monitor products for accuracy, quality, and appearance
• Support other production and sanitation tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food service experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive motions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures

Pay Details: $17.50 per hour
